Yes, in most cases, the Butler Team can address issues found. For the issues that you would like us to address, we will provide a quote and schedule a time to complete the necessary work. Some issues may need to be outsourced to a licensed professional, like HVAC, plumbing, and electric work.
For issues regarding safety or those that could negatively impact the next scheduled guest, the Butler Team will contact you to communicate the issue and work through a resolution plan.
Our services are for anyone who owns an STR property. Property owners who self manage can definitely benefit from not having to travel to their property. Yes, the Butler Team will provide photos that support findings.

For example, you have a large family book a stay in your property over the 4th of July. Your guests are expected to pay $10,000 for their weeklong stay. When the guests arrive for the stay, they find a number of issues that create frustration. The hot tub is dirty, two of the toilets won’t flush, the HVAC isn’t working upstairs. They contact you to complain and ask you to address the issues. Along the way, they ask for a steep discount, even though you are working as quickly as possible to get an HVAC technician and plumber to the property. In the end, you refund the guest $3000. Butler reports are a few hundred dollars apiece and can catch these types of issues before guests arrive.
